8/16/24 – This is a complete Black Widow Mauser Luger rig from 1941.The pistol is all matching and original with 93-94% blue remaining.Most of the actual bluing loss is on the high points from rubbing against a holster, and the straps are mostly unaffected.But there is an area of pitting on the left side of the barrel, and a couple of dings/scratches on the front of the frame (near serial).Original Black Widow style grips with no cracks or chips, just minor handling wear.Total of two magazines that are both original and correct for a Black Widow, and both with no cracks or chips.The tool is unmarked from after the war.The holster is ‘cdg’ maker marked and ’41 dated.The brown leather is in excellent condition.Robert Saltsman collection.
