2/19/25 – This is an original British India Pattern Brown Bess Flintlock Musket in fair or below condition, showing significant age and wear. The musket exhibits heavy oxidation throughout, with multiple areas of the wooden stock broken or cracked, and some components dis-attached. Despite its condition, this remains a historically significant early India Pattern Brown Bess. The lock, barrel, and brass fittings are present, though the musket is in need of restoration or can serve as a valuable parts source.
