2/22/23 – This is an original WW2 era production Camillus knife. The knife is maker stamped on one side of the blade base, and the other side is U.S.M.C. designation stamped.These were used as utility and fighting knives by the US Marines during WW2. This example is in excellent overall condition with nice finish throughout the blade. There’s some mild surface wear along the edge near the tip and some other mild surface wear from age. The edge is very sharp and shows signs of professional sharpening. The handle is tight and excellent. Comes with an unmarked leather sheath that’s also in excellent condition.
