06/19/26 – For sale is a Chinese Type 56 SKS “Ghost” rifle made in 1956/57. These rifles are void of any manufacturer markings like the Factory /26 stamp or Russian marks. These rifles normally have 4 to 6 digit serial numbers. The rifle has a nice blued finish with areas of finish wear turning a grey. The stock is a replacement with a Synthetic “Jungle” stock that was used as a replacement for rifles in humid environments. The bore is very bright with strong rifling. The rifle has matching numbers on the receiver, bolt, top cover, magazine, and trigger guard. Import mark on the barrel.
