Description
3/13/23 – This is an original WW2 production US Dress / Parade bayonet. The bayonet has a chrome finish throughout all the metal portions of the handle and blade. This is often associated with dress uniforms or other ceremonial garb. The crossguard has a slight bend where the circular barrel hole is slightly bent backward, but this doesn’t affect functionality or fit. The blade shows mild surface speckling throughout but still has a shiny finish. There are a few light dings along the edge. Maker stamped and ordnance stamped on the ricasso. Comes with a nice original scabbard.
