12/23/24 – For sale is a M1 Carbine made by Underwood in late 1943. This carbine is in good condition overall with a nice parkerized finish throughout the metal. The stock has been lightly sanded but is free of any cracks or breaks. The rifle was rebuilt some time after WW2 so it has some late production parts. The bore is bright with great rifling but is dark at the muzzle from carbon buildup and should clean out nicely. Comes with an oiler and a sling and one 15 round magazine stamped “IS”. The magazine is a little stiff to remove and insert. There is half of a roll stamp of an import mark on the bottom of the barrel.
