9/9/24 – This is an excellent example of an original Colt 1903 magazine. This magazine maintains almost all of it’s original bluing on the magazine tube. There is some finish thinning and loss in areas consistent with standard use. The magazine has very fine pinpricking throughout. The base plate of the magazine is also in excellent condition, with just minor marks from the magazine release from standard use. The base plate is stamped “CAL .32 COLT” and is easily legible. The spring in this magazine is still very strong.
