Description
5/1/24 – This is a Colt Model 1860 Army Revolver from 1863. All matching and in fair condition for its age. There is “attic patina” and pin-pricking throughout. A series of small dings on the cylinder. The original naval engagement scene on the cylinder is mostly worn but still barely visible. Nice period-correct wood grips – military cartouche on the left side. The bore has decent rifling for its age, but there is spotty surface oxidation and pitting throughout. Fully functional.
