8/25/23 -This is a very nice example of a Colt Model 1903 revolver issued to the US military in 1903. It is all matching and has the proper “RAC” military proofs throughout. The left side of the frame is dated 1903. It has retained about 90% of its original high polish finish with wear around the muzzle and general high edge wear. While there isn’t much actual finish loss, there are tiny scratches and handling marks throughout. Fitted with nice period-correct wood grips – they are hand-numbered and mismatched to the gun. Minor bruising throughout. They are “RAC” marked on the bottom edges. Original lanyard ring is intact. Mint bore.
