Description
1/13/26 – This is a Colt Model 1911 issued to the US military in 1919. The slide and frame have all the correct markings and roll stamps with an “Eagle Head 4” military acceptance proofs on the frame. It has a replaced “S P” marked Springfield barrel. The gun has an old re-blued finish with roughly 75% of the finish remaining. There is wear throughout, but the finish loss is concentrated mostly on the grip straps and around the high edges. Fitted with WW2-era reddish plastic grips and comes with a more modern magazine. Minty bore.
