12/13/23 – This is a very nice Sauer 38h sold in the commercial market during WW2. All matching and “Eagle N” proofed with no military markings. The original finish rates about 97% with very minor high edge wear. While there is very little actual finish loss, there are tiny handling marks on the right side of the slide and areas of spotty oxidation on the left side of the gun and on the grip straps. Fitted with nice period-correct black bakelite grips and comes with one half-moon magazine. Mint bore.
