12/29/23 – This is an original WW2 era production German .22 Conversion kit. The kit is complete with an original wooden case that’s labeled and numbered by hand on the interior lid. The serial number on the case (3263a) is matching to the number on the barrel and toggle assembly. The magazine is numbered 1695a (mismatching), but still has the proper/correct waffen eagle proof stamps. The cleaning rod and block piece are eagle proof stamped and not numbered. The kit is in great condition overall with excellent original finish on the toggle assembly. The springs are tight and smooth with no functionality issues. The barrel is excellent with a minty bore that we rate 10/10 overall. The magazine has some light surface flaking of the nickel tube, as well as some speckling patina, but no major flaws and no functional issues.
