3/1/24 – This is an original WW2 Heer Army Dagger hanger. The hanger is a rare variation with riveted metal tabs that attach to the belt hanger. These metal tabs are Oak Leaf engraved and “D.R.G.M.” marked. The hanger is also D.R.G.M. marked, as are both of the hanger hooks. The dark green velvet underside is clean and intact, as is the silver bullion threading throughout the topside. Some light surface wear, small areas of fraying, but completely intact. The metal fixtures have excellent detailed Oak Leaf engraving and natural surface patina and high edge wear throughout. An excellent example.
