7/28/23 – This is a nice example of a commercial DWM Model 1900 Luger. The gun is all matching, but oddly enough, there are no proof marks anywhere on the gun. It has retained roughly 90% of its original finish with areas of wear around the muzzle and on the high edges in general. Some scratchy wear on the front strap. Brown patina on the grip straps. There are some areas of spotty oxidation here and there. The heaviest oxidation is along the barrel, where there is also minor pitting. Fitted with very nice matching-numbered wood grips – a couple of small blemishes on the right side. Comes with an un-marked magazine – one tiny hairline crack in the base. The bore has decent rifling, but there is pin-pricking throughout.
