7/23/26 – This is an excellent example of an Artillery Luger issued to the Imperial German military in 1917. It is all matching with the proper Imperial proofs. It comes as a rig with a period-correct but mismatched wood stock, leather harness, period-correct holster, cleaning rod, Imperial-marked tool, and a magazine that is matching-numbered but has been force-matched. The gun itself has retained about 96% of its original finish with general high edge and muzzle wear, a couple of small dots of discoloration on the front strap, a few tiny dings on the side plate, and a small area of minor pitting on the right side of the barrel. Fitted with minty matching-numbered wood grips. The bore has great rifling with light freckling in the grooves.
