3/15/24 – This is an excellent example of a BYF 42 “Black Widow” Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1942. It is all matching, has the proper “Eagle 135” military acceptance proofs, and fitted with an excellent set of original “Black Widow” bakelite grips. It comes with one original “Black Widow” magazine – chip in the base. The gun has retained about 97% of its original finish with some minor muzzle wear, high edge wear, some very light pin-pricking on the grip straps, and a series of tiny dings on the left side of the frame. Excellent, shiny bore.
