Description
3/17/25 – This is an excellent example of a Spreewerk P.38 issued to the German military in March of 1944. All matching with the proper “Eagle 88” military acceptance proofs. It has retained about 95% of its original finish with muzzle wear, high edge wear, and some light brown patina on the front strap. It comes as a rig with a 1942-dated holster (the leather is fairly dry and starting to crack in some places), one period-correct “jvd” magazine, and a post-war P1 magazine. Fitted with period-correct blackish-brown bakelite grips. The bore is mostly shiny with great rifling, but there is some very light pin-pricking here and there. De-cocker is functional.
