03/18/2024 – For sale is an uncommon Chinese Type 56 SKS in its “Paratrooper” configuration. These rifles weren’t actually used by paratroopers and were a commercial item. This rifle is clean and in great condition retaining its original factory bluing. There is some finish loss seen on the top cover. The stock is clean and free of any breaks or cracks. The buttplate has a rubber pad installed. the numbers do not match on the rifle. The receiver, bolt, and receiver cover match each other and the magazine and trigger guard match each other. The bayonet and cleaning rod are not included. Comes with a surplus canvas sling.
