9/18/23 – This is an excellent example of a Czech CZ Model 38 Rig, manufactured in 1939. The gun is all matching and has the proper Czech lion proofs. This gun was initially part of a Czech contract, but may have been issued to the Nazi military after they captured the factory – this gun is in the correct serial range. The rig comes with two period-correct magazines and a waffen-proofed 1943-dated P.38 holster. The gun itself has retained about 95% of its high polish finish. Minor wear around the high edges in general and around the rear sight. Some tiny pits here and there. Excellent grip – no chips or cracks. Minty bore.
