04/02/2024 – For sale is an excellent Argentine Model 1909 Mauser made by DWM around 1910. These rifles are large ring Mauser 98 action rifles made in contract to Argentina as an upgrade to their Model 1891 Mauser rifles. This rifle looks fresh from the arsenal with pockets of cosmoline throughout. The “In the white” finish is excellent and the bolt release has a gorgeous fireblue finish. The wood stock is in excellent condition but there ar some chatter marks on the rear of the stock. The bore looks to be excellent and shines light through with great rifling, but there are still pockets of cosmoline inside. The rifle matches on the bolt, receiver, cleaning rod, and stock. The receiver is stamped with the clean Argentine Crest.
