3/24/25 – This is an excellent example of a Mauser Model 1914 sold in the commercial market in the 1920’s. All matching and “Double Crown U” proofed. “Germany” export marking on the right side of the frame, indicating it was likely sold in the US commercial market. The original finish rates about 96-97% with very minor muzzle wear and some minor wear and dulling on the front strap. Fitted with a period-correct wood grip. Comes with a police-numbered magazine that does not match the gun. The bore has pretty good rifling, but there is pin-pricking throughout.
