Description
7/23/24 – This is an excellent example of a scarce Colt Model 1911A1 issued to the US military in 1942. The slide is numbered and matching, and it has a proper “G” marked Colt barrel. The left side of the frame is “WB” inspector proofed. It has retained about 97% of its original finish with just minor muzzle wear. Fitted with period-correct reddish plastic grips and comes with a proper “R” marked magazine. Near-mint bore.
