08/14/2024 – For sale is a P.08 Luger made by Mauser in 1940. The pistol is in fantastic condition surviving the war with the parts retaining a nice polished blued finish. There are some spots of freckling/oxidation visible on the finish but has not dulled the bluing on most of the parts. The most finish loss is on the side plate from rubbing against a holster and also towards the muzzle. The bore is bright with great rifling. The pistol itself is matching but has a period correct but mismatched magazine. The wood grips are not numbered but stamped Eagle/655 which is correct.
