11/14/23 – This is a 1950 production French M45 Tanker Helmet. The helmet features a front leather “bump protection” exterior headband. The leather has some mild surface wear and signs of aging but is still completely intact and original. The helmet shell has no dents or major issues, but there’s mild surface speckling discoloration throughout the shell. Exterior metal comb intact. The interior of the shell is maker and date marked (interior crown), but the maker is too faint to read. Nice interior liner is in original configuration. Leather chinstrap intact as well.
