2/10/23 – This is an original WW2 German Army Dagger. This example has obvious “honest wear” throughout the blade, scabbard, and handle. The blade is maker stamped by Eickhorn and has dark oxidation and discoloration throughout the blade, as we as small areas of surface pitting. The edges are unsharpened however with no signs of misuse. The hand guard and handle of the dagger have minor play or “wiggle” and show surface patina throughout. The bakelite handle has a few cracks and chips near the pommel as shown. The scabbard has surface discoloration and dents near the toe or tip, but still fits the dagger nicely. Priced according to condition.
