Description
5/31/23 – This is an original WW2 production German Army Officer’s dress dagger. The dagger is in good condition, but has dark surface patina and discoloration throughout the blade. There’s also some mild surface scratching and scabbard rub wear. The edges are unsharpened, but the tip has a very minor chip. Maker marked at the base of the blade as shown. The hand guard and pommel both retain some of the original finish, and show high edge wear and typical surface patina throughout. The bakelite handle has no cracks or chips, but there are a few small scuffs and signs of aging. Comes with an original scabbard in great overall condition with some dark surface patina.
