8/27/24 – This is a very nice example of a German boot knife. These boot knives were used by the Germans during WW1 and WW2. This example is somewhat odd, as it’s stamped with a “W” on one side, with no other markings. Most examples we’ve seen are either imperial proof stamped or Luftwaffe stamped. This one is neither, so we reduced the price accordingly. Very nice condition throughout with minimal wear.
