Description
8/7/24 – This is a very nice example of a Mauser C96 issued to the Imperial German military during WWI. All matching with an Imperial military acceptance proof. It comes as a rig with its original matching-numbered and Imperial-proofed wood stock. The gun’s original bluing rates roughly 90% with general high edge wear, some areas of very minor thinning here and there, and some brown patina on the front strap. Fitted with excellent matching-numbered wood grips. The bore has good rifling with very minor pin-pricking in the grooves.
