10/20/23 – This is a very nice example of a less commonly seen International Harvester M1 Garand from 1955.IH produced only ~337k, as compared to 1m+ by H&R and Springfield combined. The rifle has an unmarked, replacement stock in excellent condition.Marlin barrel with date of March, 1953.Trigger housing and op rod are Springfield marked.Very good finish on the metal parts, with minor thinning on the receiver.Strong, shiny bore.Comes with a canvas sling and a few en bloc clips.
