02/26/2024 – Up for listing is a nice No1 Mk3 made at the Royal Factory at Ishapore, India. The rifle was made in 1942 during WW2. We rate this rifle at about 85% condition. The metal retains a lot of its original bluing but there are signs of prickling throughout the rifle. The rifle is not matching as it has a mismatched forestock. The forestock also looks to have been sanded lightly. The bore is in great shape with good rifling.
