Description
3/15/24 – This is an original Italian Carcano M1891 bayonet with an original scabbard. The bayonet blade is in good overall condition with dark surface patina and finish loss throughout the original finish. The edge shows minor signs of light sharpening. There’s dark patina and aging throughout the crossguard and pommel which is stamped VII/10289. The wood grips have some mild imperfections and aging wear but no major issues. Comes with an original scabbard that’s stamped “1917”. The leather frog appears to be a quality reproduction.
