Description
7/29/24 – This is an original WW2 T90 Japanese Combat Helmet. The helmet is complete with original combat paint, leather liner, and cloth weave chinstrap. The helmet shell has no dents or major issues, and retains most of the original paint. The exterior headband has visible stokes of finishing paint as well, with the front star logo firm and securely attached. The interior shell has painted and scratched-in kanji markings, one of which is for size “small”. The interior leather headband has a matching size marking pin-pricked into the leather. The leather liner pads show normal wear and age but no major issues. The front liner pad is missing the padding or stuffing. The chinstrap is in great overall condition with some mild tattering but is still complete. Overall a great condition, all original example.
