4/7/23 – This is a late WW2 production P.38 magazine by JVD. The magazine is in excellent condition with some rough machine markings on the tube, which is characteristic of late-war rushed production. The finish is strong throughout the magazine. The left side of the tube is stamped “jvd” with a waffen WaA706 military proof stamp, and the other side is stamped P.38 U for unhardened metal (another late-war feature). Strong, functional spring.
