2/7/25 – This is a late-war Police-issued Walther PP made in 1945. It is of the fourth variation, characterized by no slide legend, red Walther grips, military finish, and an “ac” code on the right side of the slide. About 6,000 of these pistols were made. This example is well worn and patina’d. Most of the original finish has worn away. The frame is stamped with an Eagle F in front of the grip on the left side. The bore is bright with great rifling. The front of the left grip is missing a 2″ piece of the edge. Comes with an unmarked blued magazine. The slide and frame have matching numbers.
