Description
6/13/24 – This is a late WW2 style Type 30 Japanese Rifle bayonet. The bayonet blade is maker stamped by Toyoda Auto. Loom Works (TALW) and features a blued, unfullered blade. There’s dark patina and oil staining on the blade, with most of the finish worn off, but traces of finish present near the markings / ricasso area. The edge is factory sharpened with a few very small nicks and dings along the edge from use. Straight crossguard and squared off flat head pommel. Wrap around wood grips with 2 rivets are in great condition with natural age. Serial numbered on top of the pommel. Comes with an original, late WW2 style bamboo scabbard in great overall condition.
