6/19/24 – This is a WW2 original “Leading Edge” style AKAH Walther PPK holster. The holster features a crisp, strongly struck D.R.G.M. AKAH maker stamp and logo on the side flap, underneath the closure strap. There’s also a factory original Walther PPK ink stamp visible on the interior leather. The holster is in great overall condition. The leather has normal pliability and has light surface wear with some of the black dyed exterior fading with age. The closure strap has an enlarged fastening hole, but this is a minor flaw. There’s a few small, light surface scuffs on the exterior leather. More scuffing, use wear, and writing found on the interior leather. The stitching is excellent and all original throughout. Aluminum closure knob. A desirable variation with well-struck markings.
