3/25/24 – This is a WW2 original German Paratrooper (Fallschirmjager) badge. The badge is 2 piece construction, unmarked and non-magnetic throughout (including the closure clasp). The badge displays nice natural patina and honest surface aging throughout the silver wreath and gold-gilded eagle. The eagle displays high edge wear and minor areas of dark patina. No major issues however. The wreath retains a good amount of the original silver finish as well. The clasp is original and fully functional. Overall a great condition example with some honest wear and natural aging.
