Description
4/4/23 – This is a minty condition WW2 cut-down M1 Garand bayonet. The bayonet comes with an original scabbard that’s still in the post-war arsenal paper wrapping. The wrapping is dated June, 1953 and (we assume) has a minty, unissued condition M8A1 scabbard within. The bayonet blade is in minty condition as well with dark finish throughout. No signs of sharpening and a clean edge. Maker and ordnance stamped on the base of the blade. Excellent black grips and clean hilt.
