9/29/21 – This is a rare Mauser M1934 variation that is marked ‘Allemagne’ on the barrel, indicating export to France, presumably to a private retailer.The pistol is all original with high-polish blue, and Crown/U proofs indicate it was made in the 1930s.Nearly all of the wear is on the front edges of the slide, so this one was likely holstered for a while.There are very few ‘Allemagne’ marked pistols, and this is the only example of a Mauser 1934 we could find.Original grip has no cracks or chips but the back does have a large indent or was slightly shaved down to fit a previous owner’s hand.Excellent bore.Original Mauser banner magazine.
