12/19/24 – This is an excellent example of a Mauser / Spreewerk P.38. All the parts are mismatched – It has a Mauser slide and frame with a Spreewerk-made slide. It has retained about 96-97% of its original finish with just a hint ofthinning on the front strap and hints of high edge wear. Fitted with period-correct reddish bakelite grips and comes with an “Eagle 135” marked Mauser magazine. The bore has good rifling, but there is light frosting throughout. De-cocker is functional.
