1/31/25 – This is a minty example of a Colt Commando Revolver issued to the US military in 1942. It is matching and with a small flaming bomb military proof on the left side of the frame. There is an “MC 23” unit marking on the butt of the frame. The original parkerized finish rates about 98% with just the slightest hints ofmuzzle and high edge wear. Fitted with period-correct marbled reddish-brown grips – the right panel does not have a perfect fit. Stone-mint bore.
