4/9/25 – This is a near-mint example of a Colt Model 1911A1 issued to the US military in 1944. It is all correct with a proper Colt .45 Auto barrel with a small “F” under the lug. The gun has retained nearly all of its finish with very little sign of wear. There is a small area of discoloration with minor freckling on the right side of the slide. Fitted with period-correct reddish plastic grips and comes with a period-correct “S” marked magazine. Excellent bore with great rifling.
