Description
1/31/24 – This is a near-mint example of a Walther P.38 manufactured in November of 1959. It is all matching (the barrel, locking block, and slide are electro-pencil numbered) and has the proper West German proofs throughout. There is also a “BW” marking on the left side of the frame, indicating this was issued to the Bundeswehr or West German military. Import mark on the front strap. It comes with an Interarms box (matching but has been force-matched), two magazines, and a mint 1955-dated black leather holster. The gun itself has retained virtually all of its finish with just some very light surface scuffs here and there. Excellent black plastic grips. Mint bore. De-cocker is functional.
