Description
3/22/24 – This is a minty example of a Colt Government Model 1911A1 sold in the commercial market in 1925. It is all correct and matching. It has retained about 97% of its beautiful high polish bluing. Just very minor muzzle wear, hints of high edge wear, and a few tiny scratches on the front strap. The bore has good rifling, but there is pin-pricking throughout. Fitted with mint wood grips and comes with a period-correct two-tone magazine. Also comes with a nice reproduction cardboard box.
