3/10/23 – This is a rare DWM model 1900 luger with American Eagle crest on the chamber. This is the first production model of this variation, made in or around 1900 with early dish toggle. These pistols went to the US retail market and the manufacturers at DWM realized that nation-based crests increased sales of these lugers, so that is why you find the American Eagle over the chamber. This is also why you see GERMANY marked on the frame, denoting these were exported for commercial sale. This one is all matching and has retained about 98% of its finish with just very minor wear on some of the high edges. Excellent wood grips. Comes with one proper blank magazine. The rifling in the bore is slightly worn with minor pitting throughout.
