Description
4/19/23 – This is a near-mint example of a rare Walther Mod HP sold in the commercial market in the 1940’s. It is all matching and has the proper “Eagle N” proofs. The proof on the right side of the slide is factory double-stamped. The gun has retained about 98% of its original finish. The bluing on the frame has a nice plum tint to it. There are just hints of wear on some of the high edges and very minor thinning with very light freckling on the front strap. Fitted with excellent reddish bakelite grips. Comes with an “Eagle 359” marked Walther magazine. Stone-mint bore. De-cocker is functional.
