Description
8/21/24 – This is a minty example of a US Army Smith & Wesson Model 1917 revolver from WWI. All matching, “United States Property” marked, and has the proper flaming bomb US military proofs. It comes as a rig with a very nice 1917-dated holster with its original leather lanyard. The gun itself has retained about 97-98% of its original high polish finish with just hints of high edge wear, a light roll mark on the cylinder, and some light marks on the back strap. The right grip panel is hand-numbered in pencil and matches the gun. Minty bore. Smooth action.
