9/5/25 – This is a nice example of a Nambu Type 14 issued to the Japanese military in February of 1944. The pistol has matching numbers aside from a replaced firing pin, but including the magazine. The gun has retained somewhere between 85-90% of its original finish with general high edge wear, thinning on the grip straps, and a series of small dings in the metal around the ejection port and along the barrel. Fitted with matching-numbered wood grips – some tiny chips on both sides. The bore is mostly shiny with strong rifling, but there are what look like tiny surface scratches throughout.
