8/2/23 – This is a very nice example of a French MAB Model D issued to the Nazi military during WW2. It is all matching and has the proper “Waffen 251” military acceptance proof on the right side of the frame. It has retained about 90% of its original plum-colored finish. There is minor spotty wear along the slide (mostly along the top) and an area of dark discoloration on the right side of the slide. One light streak of wear on the front strap. Some spotty oxidation on the butt of the frame. Fitted with nice period-correct black bakelite grips. Comes with one proper magazine. Lanyard ring intact. Mint bore.
