7/23/21 – This is a nice, honest example of a scarce Nazi G43 sniper rifle that was made in 1944 at the Walther factory.It has matching numbers throughout, including stock, receiver and bolt.The finish is original but shows thinning throughout, and has some freckling on barrel and receiver.Stock has several waffenamts present but most are faint.Scope is marked K43 over a serial number and ‘ddx’, and sits on a repro mount and rings.Optics are a little dirty on the rear but clear otherwise.Bore has strong rifling but some frost through the grooves.Rifle comes with a sling, cleaning rod and repro sight hood.
